Rao is the President of TechnoSmarts. Rao had a Fellowship at Harvard Medical School, was a Faculty Member of Washington University Medical School and currently
is a Director for a major pharmaceutical firm. Rao is an educated business man in technology and a true leader in the staffing industry as you will see and others recognize as well. He understands the benefits of validating skills and experience with true talent checks and reviews while understanding how qualified consultants bring successful assistance in applying technology and professional services for our clients.

› Debbie Thomas
Debbie brings more than 10 years experience as an Executive Account Manager in the Information Technology (IT) Staffing Industry. Debbie started her career in the industry with Spherion Technology, now TechniSource. After 6 years at Spherion, Debbie joined Systems Service Enterprises, Inc. (SSE) where she successfully supported St. Louis area clients with IT Staffing resource needs for three years. Debbie’s management and technology experience stems from her career at McDonnell Douglas, now Boeing. Debbie is a graduate from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Debbie joined TechnoSmarts in May of 2009. debbie@technosmarts.com › Heather Polsky Heather handles all of TechnoSmarts accounting needs including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc. She also handles all of TechnoSmarts Human Resources. Heather has a B.S. in Business Administration from Maryville University. She is currently working on her Masters in Accounting through the University of Phoenix. Heather has been with TechnoSmarts since November,2009. Heather is a problem solver and brings creative ideas to improve simple day to day tasks. heather@technosmarts.com
› Tom McManus
Tom has been in the Information Technology recruiting industry for 12 years. His overall recruiting expertise goes back to 1984 where he was responsible for the recruitment of Physicians and Nurses for 7 years with the United States Air Force. After the Air Force he recruited at ITT Technical College for over 6 years. His next position was as a Director of Recruiting at Interim/Spherion Technology for 8 years, followed by 4 years at System Services Enterprise (SSE) as the Practice Leader for recruiting. He started at TechnoSmarts in May of 2009. Tom graduated from University of Maryland in 1982. tom@technosmarts.com
› Michael Henige Michael is a Technical Recruiter with eight years of IT industry experience with an emphasis on relationship based recruiting. Having refined his recruiting skills within companies such as IntelliMark and Modis Michael brings a solid foundation to the TechnoSmarts team.
