I wanted to take a moment on behalf of Nova Business Systems to express my thanks and my respects for the services that TechnoSmarts have provided to our firm.

As you know, we have two of your resources, Sowjanya and David, in-house working on our new medical industry software product, ClinicSuite. I wanted to take a moment and tell you how impressed I have been with their performance.

They are both obviously very qualified and experienced in the technical aspects needed to help develop our product. I was very impressed with the diligent manner with which they worked to understand the business process requirements that drive the software. They listened carefully, asked questions when they needed to, and created the components needed. I was most impressed, though, with how quickly they began working together as a team, sharing design ideas and solving mutual problems that made the components they were working on fit together in an integrated package.
